Reflections of a Reluctant Alaskan eBook Lee Jordan
I loved this book. The author tells how a childhood incident lead to a commitment to the Army. His part of the commitment was to serve but he would serve "anyplace but Alaska". He served in Alaska. The story is entertaining, funny and wrapped up nicely in the history of the 49th state. This book will take you through a journey that can only be told by someone who got dragged into it kicking and screaming, only to realize that he was exactly where he belonged.

Reflections of a Reluctant Alaskan eBook Lee Jordan Reviews
This is such a good read. It has so many points of interest that the book would be a perfect gift touching on a wide range of interests including tales of early Alaskan Army life in remote Alaska, small town politics, the 1964 Alaska Earthquake and so much more. The author was the founder, publisher and editor of the Chugiak - Eagle River Alaska Star. His gift for words brings the reader right into the experiences surrounding his Alaskan tales.
